Brian Noble, artist at Flowingwater Art, is a retired architectural design instructor, and now a designer, fly tyer, and artist residing in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Brian is a fly fisher, that enjoys travelling throughout Alberta, British Columbia, and Maui Hawaii. As an artist, Brian is most comfortable creating watercolor paintings in his home, on a deck beside a creek, on a quiet beach, or sitting at a pool.
